Delivery and payment conditions

By submitting your order you agree to the terms and conditions of Eventingspecialist. You'll receive an email confirming your order, this is also your proof of order. If you do not receive our confirmation we ask you to contact Eventingspecialist by telephone.

All prices on the website Eventingspecialist are in euros (€) and include VAT. For orders of less than € 50.00, € 5,- is your contribution in our shipping charge for products that fit through the letterbox. For other packages is € 7,50 your contribution calculated in the postage for shipping with Post nl. The prices are for delivery in the Netherlands. Different rates for supplies abroad. Products can be picked up by appointment at the showroom in Rijssen or any event we are at.

Once we received your payment we will proceed to send the order as soon as possible. Standard delivery times are displayed with every product. Eventingspecialist will inform the customer about changes in the expected delivery time. In case the order cannot be delivered we will automatically cancel your order and give you a full refund. Eventingspecialist reserves the right to cancel the order.

Eventingspecialist is not liable for any damage or loss during transport of goods. Should you wish to return or exchange an item then please contact us within 14 days by telephone or email to participate. The unused items must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice with the bank details of the customer and are sufficiently stamped. Packages which are not sufficiently stamped will not be accepted. If the products have been received in good order Eventingspecialist will proceed to refund the purchase price or send a replacement. Eventingspecialist has the right to re-calculate shipping about this order. Goods which are specially ordered (eg in color or size) or custom made can not be exchanged or returned.
