You have received your order but the product is not what you expected it to be or you do not have the right size. With Eventingspecialist it is no problem to exchange or return your order.
How can I exchange or return a product?
First, we would like you to call us within 14 days on +316-25580717 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can then discuss whether you want to return in the showroom, at the stand on an event or if you want to send the product back to us.
How can I send a return package?
The unused and undamaged items can be returned preferably in the same package to us, with a (copy) of the invoice. Make sure that the postage is completely paid for, otherwise we will not accept it. Once we have received the products in good order, we will proceed the refund or send a replacement product.

Which products can not be exchanged / returned?
Products that are a custom order or ordered to size and / or color can not be exchanged or returned. We strongly recommend to contact us to help you choose the right size to avoid disappointment. We are more than happy to help.
